I created this trophy for a scavenger hunt at the school that I teach at. The O! is a city wide design in Omaha, Ne. It consists of four species of wood. They include Maple, Bloodwood, and Black Walnut. If you look closely you will notice that the exclamation mark is actually floating, I did this with a 1/8” clear plastic rod. . I have just joined Lumberjocks and I am going to consider having all of my advanced woodworking students create a profile to keep track of there projects and hopefully receive positive feedback. I have many more projects of my own that I will be posting and I will post more pictures of this project in the future.

Hi Grant, Wellcome. Great looking “O” project! What school do you teach at? I’m live in Omaha, Ne.

looks like overkill for a scavenger hunt trophy, very nice. I will be looking forward to seeing your students projects.
