This was created for a US Army Group stationed in Florida to be used as a going away gift.

The person leaving was attached from the Canadian Military and was going back to his home unit. Since the Canadian was a home-brewer, this was a perfect gift!

I was given a list of things that had to be placed on the paddle and I took it from there.

Paddle is 42 inches of one inch thick solid Walnut. At it’s widest it’s around 3 1/2 inches.

I used my CNC Router for the lettering in the handle and a scroll saw for the paddle cut-outs.

Only treatment is a soak in food-grade mineral oil.

Hooah!, Eh?
