Bracelet Holder?

Not sure what to call this or if there is anything out there like it. The idea just popped into my head one day after I had purchased these bracelets for my wife for her birthday. I thought that it would be nicer to display the bracelets when not being worn rather than just putting them away in an enclosed jewelry box.

The bracelets were made by a female co-worker and the “holder” is turned from some lace leaf maple and sapele on the base. It’s two pieces with the maple having a tenon on the bottom that is glued into a mortise on the sapele base. The pieces were turned separately from one another and joined together and then finished witg two coats of poly thinned down to wipe it on and some wax.

Check out the grain on the maple!!! I like the burn lines you added works great with the profile.
Did you add any color to the Sapele it sure has great red color to it.

I love this peace. Great design and dimensions are very complementary.
