Made mainly from scrap wood. Thanks to Kreg K5, it took only a couple of days to build.

Still have to be painted and install the homemade Arduino controller.

Your chooks will be so happy. What have you got? Looks like RIRs or Red Stars but can’t really tell from the pictures. I built several coops over the last two years. One is a 7×8 converted shed, the second is a duplex coop with overal dimension of 10×14 and a divider through the middle so that I have two separate coops of 7×10. And a simple A frame coop/run for my quail.

I swear I am done building coops. Any more chickens to be acquired will cause other chickens to be eaten…. Just sayin’. LOL.

Thank you guys for the kind words, that’s really appreciated. There is a Rhode Island Red and two Hy-Line.
They’ve be given to me by a couple who had too much hens.
fiddlebanshee, do you have pics of your coops ?. :-)
