My first built-in project was this window seat I built in 2007. I designed and built the window seat with a hinged lid for added storage. The wall outlet was relocated to the side. I fabricated the trim molding to match the existing molding in the home. My wife made the cushion. This was a very satisfying project to build, gets a lot of use, and it has added value to the home.

Very nice window seat and an excellent design. I like the crisp, clean lines that you incorporated in the seat.

Very nice build. I like the inclusion of the outlet as well.

Very nice and clean looking. I like the way it bumps out from the wall. Great job.
