A friend at work wanted a beer tap handle as a gift for one of his friends. He asked for a Bronco theme, and this is what I came up with for him. The logo was done with an ink jet printer onto “waxed” paper using the WWMM method (thanks Steve!). The football was quite a challenge, since I didn’t have one to go by. I’m not real thrilled about the shape, but it looks pretty good. The laces on the ball are small strips of masking tape, then coated with 6 coats of CA. The handle is Maple, and the football is Ipe. Any feedback would be appreciated.
