This is a hall tree I made for the front room in our house. I had three bear paw designed iron hooks made by a Blacksmith in Lacombe, AB, one for each of my boys. I took the photo of the hall tree before they were put on but they sit under each one of the top boxes. This projects is made from 3/4 ” plywood faced with birch hardwood. The frame itself was made of 2×2 material which I secured to the wall using a french cleat. The tops are made from birch hardwood which I then coated several times with Danish oil. It was full almost immediately after I put it up :). There was no design, I measured the space, drew a design my wife liked and then went to it.

Thanks for looking
