I was at Woodcraft the other day and noticed some of their knife kits were on sale…$12. This one came with the hex rivet screws but I wasn’t crazy about the look so decided to go with some maple dowels. I just roughed out with the band saw and sanding down with an orbital sander and hand sand a bit. I used BLO as the finish. Now to find where I can get a sheath for it.

How’s the blade?

For the price I’m thinking it’s decent. I’ve bought two from Woodcraft so after finishing the second one I will most likely look into upscaling to a more expensive blade.
