I inherited some timber some which was really good and some that had rather a lot of woodworm in it. But as it was all free decided to have a go at the bench. I saw one similar on the net and that’s what decided me, as I liked the design it being different from the usual run of the mill available in shops, Well it may not be perfect but I loved making it and it has really got me going. I have now finished my second project. Which I’ll post a bit later.

Hi everyone thank you so much for your kind comments I really appreciate them.
I don’t know what project to start next, as only just coming on here it’s like a kid being in a sweet shop, everywhere I look there’s things I want to make.

Looks wonderful and I like the wide arms for beverages or even food plates.

Good sturdy looking bench. Ideal for sitting back after a long day.
