This egg holder was inspired by something that my dad saw, and he explained to me, and i did not understood quite well the directions, so the design is quite different of what he saw, but still functional and quite nice if i may say so.

we used a exotic wood named Framire, which is kind yellowish, but as this is for sale, we stained in some dark dye, our people here likes this way, they dont care much about natural finished, but i may do another one in natural and see which one sell first.

its 12×8 and on the wings we put some mesh, i wanted to put chicken wire as some that i saw in ebay, but i did not have any and would not buy a whole yard just for a little bit of it.
