Cristmas Creche

I made this on a whim as my original store bought nativity creche was falling apart. It’s made from white pine with the roof removable (for easier storage) and with an attached outhouse (just for fun). It was also burnt with a blow torch to get away from the starkness of the pine.

Nice project. Where is the outhouse?

Very cute. Welcome to LJ Gerard. You now have 8 months till Christmas to make lots of wooden toys. Nice planing ahead ;-)

@Eli: I think the outhouse is on the right side (on the stairs side) and if you zoom in on the first picture, there even seems to be a toilet seat.

Very nicely done—looks far better than any “store bought” one I’ve seen.

Thanx guys…Francois is correct..the outhouse is to the right of the stairs….also , the door of the outhouse actually locks…the next version will have a drawer beneath the floor to keep the figurines all in one spot.
