This is bench I made for a friend using some Pine he had provided. I needed to make the top a little wider than the pine was so I added a strip of Oak to give it the needed width. Planed, sanded to the 220 and finished a very light coat of stain (so it was not white) and two coats of spar-urethane.

Thanks for looking

Very Simple and effective! Love the contrast of the oak. What will you be using this for?

Thru mortises…very nice! You must be proud just looking at the finished product.

Nice, strong, cleanly designed, built bench!
What else is there to say?
