SOSS Hinges #1: Jig for SOSS 101 Mortice cut.

Anyway they are done and they don’t show and work as they should.

The SOSS hinge is a neat invisible hinge but it is a tough install. The company will sell you a jig for 70 dollars. Their jig does work but it is not stable and hard to mount in cramped spaces. So Imade my own for a job where the customer wanted those type of hinges. I hate it when they go to a Rocklear store to shop for hardware.

The extended fence allows for more clamping meat. The cement framer’s nails make iteasier to just pull them out and set the plunge router to setting #2. to finish the rout for the mortce
