Router Table Fence w/ Micro-Adjustment & Dust Collection
I recently decided to tackle my router table problem. I wanted to incorporate it into my mobile tablesaw workstation, which was an earlier project. I searched for DIY plans and could not find anything that seemed suitable, so I designed my own. The fence (not pictured, because it hasn’t been built yet) mounts to a box that slides within a bigger box. Wedges or ramps then adjust with a knob in order to push the inner box out. This will be the micro-adjustment. The whole assembly slides on the same fence system as the tablesaw and acts as the course adjust.
