I enjoy making anything from wood. I make bows, boats , and bowls. I also like to replicate Native American weaponry and tools. Wooden boats are my most enduring passion. I recently started making furniture in the Arts and Crafts style. I have a very small, ill equipped shop and am even more ill equipped with monies with which to improve my situation. Down on the farm, we make due with what we have at hand. I served 9 years in the military, U S Army. Almost all of those 9 years were served in the 101st Airborne Division.
For the past five years I have been working in a furniture store warehouse. I also do HVAC work, for which I am liscensed, I just didn't like crawling around under peoples houses.
Been married to the same wonderful woman for 24 years and have two daughters. Wife is an RN.

-- I was born at a very young age, as I grew up, I got older.

Hey Buddy,

I do not have the live oak dry yet. We have a vacuum kiln on the way. The kiln will be in action January 16. I will have material dry about 3-4 weeks after that. We do have quite a bit of KD lumber here . May be worth a visit. Feel free to call and chat about wood.
