Hello all, I am new to woodworking. I have been trying to do a box joint on my router and getting a lot of tear out. It don’t matter if I go slow or fast. Getting a lot of fire wood. I can make them on my table saw, only that it takes a lot of time. I don’t have dado blade set. I have been trying to build 25 small boxes for all of my screws and other things. I have built 4 so far, but now side tracked by doing a different project. I have been building a cabinet for my drills and chargers, plus glues. The other day we had a really cold night and my some of my glues froze. The cabinet I’m building will have a heat bulb inside. So can anyone give me some advice for getting rid of the tear out ??? please
