Jewllery chest #2: Development + sketchup
Well plenty of time has passed since i started this project idea, and in that time i worked hard on visualising the design i had and putting pencil to paper and working out dimensions of all the parts construction and joints my head was busy with all the details of the project. the overall size shall be 310mm high 510mm wide and 300mm deep, with 3 drawers approx 60mm high the handels shall be a curve across the front in walnut which shalll be resesed into the drawer fronts, after the sketches were done on paper i decided to try sketchup i have never drawn much more than a few cubes on this but stuck at it and watched a couple of videos this is what i came up with i am very impressed with ...
