Location: Kalispell, Mt.

I am 92 years old. Married and the father of six children. I have worked in and managed plywood plant for 46 years in Or. Mt. Panama, NY, Mich and Ky. Built the plants in NY and KY. Brought lumber, plywood, and Veneer to my home in Mt. from every operation including the Darien Jungle in Panama. I now have a small band mill and saw my own lumber. Plan on getting a load of Myrtle wood logs from friends in southern Oregon this summer.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

It is great to see that you are continuing to use your skills gathered over many years. And by the looks of things aquiring even more.

Very impressive press, LOL. You give us youngsters something to aspire to in our older age. Welcome to
Lumberjocks, this has been a great site and learning experience for me. I worked for a few years at Van
Evans Plywood here in Missoula, so I know a little about plywood. Thank you for sharing.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself just about 2 years ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…
I apologize for the late welcome but I am currently serving overseas and don’t have a lot of spare time on my hands.

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
