Anyone can rip a 1×10 with their table saw, its the best way to do this. Ahh just a 6 ft board and take a few inches off. We are going to make a Nice Height Board for the Grandson. Now if you have any small shop you take a minute and rearrange a few items to get ready…move the crap out of the way…set up the outfeed support and you are good to go ! Part 2: 8 projects from scrap in 30 days..and coffee

I have been retired 11 years now. Most of my routines have not changed. Coffee and computer time first hour or so and donuts when I can. So work or jobs followed. Shop time has never been more than an hour a day two at the most…worse when I had a tv there to slow me down and distract me. Moving here I saved the wood from two base units in particle board, bought culled wood from the Home Depot ( I knew I would make something being cheap), some extra when I could sneak it into the buy...

Part 3: Arizona..or April in somewhere USA...

Hi. So it April 28 here in Phoenix and I expected change when I moved here. My kids have lived here for 10 years and I saw many vacations. Talking about heat. 4 grandsons. So I was in PA. Now as I watch many utube shows and the current ones show someone in jeans and a hoodie…please..I have been in shorts and sport shirt or T shirt for a month. And the 100 temps are here. So this is the new adjustment to my Shop. a 10×10 canopy and a fan that has a mist line. ...

Part 4: My 2020 in Review...Feeling better..Projects and Tools

So I was getting grumpy about 2020 and thought maybe I should write down all I made and put together or bought in the year. Now my year started with Landing here Jan. 2,2020 as we moved across country from PA to AZ to a home and my shed shop. Now we owned it since 2017 but only vacations and 2 short stretches to get things ready for the move. In this and some blogs about this move and selling tools and such in PA, a new start may help what I made and adjusting to the climate ...
