Location: Truckee, Ca.

I am 72 years old and have been woodworking 61 of those years. My wife and I have a business called Odenheimers' Dust'n Lint. So named for the by products of what we produce, "Fine Woodworking and Stitchery". I specialize in fancy joinery in my boxes, jewelry boxes, bowls, and pens. My wife makes traditional quilts with nontraditional colors.

I was a cable splicer for the telephone company (ma bell) for a little more than thirty years. Then 17 years ago they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So while thinning the herd, they made it possible for me to pursue my dream. That's when Dust'n Lint was born. My wife Sue and I have really had some fun and met some great people along the way. We will never get rich, but it does pay for itself.

Not too long ago I was given quite an honor by being chosen to be in the gallery of the INCRA site. It's a great jig and a great gallery. You can see what the possibilities are with their jigs.

I started a blog of funny videos and photos

This is almost as much fun as a roll in the hay. If I disappear from time to time….I am trying to build this stuff. There is too much here…how do you people find time for all of this? Oh, I live in Truckee and the shop shot up to a great 44 degrees today !!!
