Japanese Handplanes from a fleamarket

I recently picked up four Japanese hand-planes at a local flea market. I should have gotten more to be honest… paid an average of 500 yen each (5 bucks). One was a cheapish flat plane. it was easy to sand the body and re-oil, the blade took a few hours to clean and sharpen. But its now fully usable. The next three planes. = pictures are here = are more specialized. I think if I spend some quality time I can restore them to next to new condition… but to be honest, the groove plane looks so cool, just tempted to put it on a shelf somewhere… hmm inspires me to look for more used planes…. 1.
