View on YouTube This week I continued to focus on the back of the chair. I spent time finessing the crestrails shape. After that, I focused on the center back slat. View on YouTube This week I’ve been very productive. I finished installing the sterling silver in the ebony bars. After that I prepared the surfaces of my parts and rounded over the edges of the rails and mortises. Finally, I cut the housed mortises for the rails and stretchers. I also show you my new Lie-Nielsen Number 2 Bench Plane and talk about why I bought it and show you how it preforms.
