    Hello

Thank you for your comment on my scroll project. Your bio is inspirational to say the least. I love when I can build my own tools in my shop but you have taken it to a level that I can aspire to. I also read that you just started scrolling. Take a look at the Scrollsaw workshop web site. A guy named Steve Good has the web site and offers his designs for free or donation. He is the one that put me onto LJ web sight. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing more of your projects.

It has been two years since I discovered this amaizing site. As young hobby woodworker with not lot of experiance and knowledge I must admit it changed my life.I learned a lot from everybodie's projects and blogs.
Peoples craftmanship and amaizing projects gave me whole new perspective in woodworking.
    Thank you all for that.

I finally got back on LJ. You are an inspiration! I often say I have every tool known to man… That is untrue, but I have many mantoys, including a nice wood lathe. Wood turning used to be done by rigging a couple of centers and spring pole made from a sapling a couple of inches in diameter. Old "mass produced" table, chair, and other legs were turned at the rate of 1 per minute using this simple machine. No attempt was made other than the eye, to make standardized legs. Sometimes we don't appreciate what we now have. That's one of the reason's you inspire me.

    Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ's as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Welcome to LJ. I, too, have only limited tools and no formal wood shop. It looks like you do very well with the tools you have! Keep up the good work.
