I took on a project that seems to be testing all of my woodworking knowledge. I’m rebuilding this pony cart from the ground up. My first test is going to see if I remember how to re-lace a spokes bicycle wheel. It’s only been about 25 years s since I’ve done one but it’s all coming back to me. I’m taking the wheels in for powder coat.

Working on the seats.

Had to build a jig to get a tight joint

I’ve got it torn down here. I have gotten the box rebuilt and will post the pictures of it next.

Gluing up box. Made from Red Oak. Used box joints to join corners.
