Clean Dado Blade cuts - 11 replies

My Dado Blade has not been giving me clean cuts as shown here on this tenon. The tenon is striped and uneven.I should be able to achieve a cleaner cut correct? What am doing wrong?I have a Freud 8” Dado set. In this case I was using all the blades, with no spacers.
