The first milestone was when I launched the bowl earlier in the process.

The second milestone was when I tried making the inside larger than the outside. But only on one side.

All is not lost. I think I can cut the top down and it’s not as lopsided on the bottom so I can get a short bowl out of my efforts.

-- Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterward. But properly learned, the lesson forever changes the person.

This will teach you to use those calipers more often! Looks like nice turning work otherwise.
