Location: Sharbot Lake, Ontario

I am a retired Canadian Air Force engineer who has been turning for over 30 years. I now turn full time (whenever I wish) and participate in 8 crafts shows a year. I am a member of the AAW, the (Ottawa) Valley Woodturners, the Kingston Woodturners and the Arizona Woodturners Guild (since we recently bought a house in Phoenix).
I turn everything from key chains and pens to large natural-edge platters and bowls. Most of my turning is done on a Oneway 2436 lathe but I have 3 others including a Carba-Tec mini-lathe and a General 260. In Phoenix, where I am lucky enough to be able to spend Jan to Apr, I turn on a DVR lathe .

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

You will find Lumberjocks helpful, supportive, inspiring and informative.
