Using a toothed blade to cleanup and flush the sides of a box.

The side after glue up:
Note: I purposefully made the pin board baseline short, so the tail board is proud.

The side after using the toothed blade:
Note: I planed diagonally with the grain and diagonally against the grain, lifting before reaching the edge.

Then a few strokes with a smoother to remove the toothing marks:
Note: First against the grain lifting after around one third, then with the grain lifting before the edge.

The lid side toothed:
Note: I have not beveled the lid yet, so the lid fits tight.

Finally the sliding lid box:
Note: Relief bevel still not done to the lid yet.
