I used to do some woodworking, mainly with a now-defunct radial arm saw and small power/hand tools. Now I'm retired, building a new shop, and looking for ideas on the best affordable equipment, laying out my new shop (it's 20'x28'), tool techniques and building processes, and potential projects. Already have several in line, but I'm starting simple, refreshing old skills and learning new ones. Tips and tricks welcome!

Also interested in possibilities of sharing my shop with friends and neighbors. I'm not a loner and would enjoy company and camaraderie around woodworking. Have you done that? How's that been set up and how has it worked?
