Queen Size Storage Bed #3: Painted and installed

After a lot of sanding, priming, and more light sanding, I applied 2 coats of Olympic One. Once that cured out I made up a quick little template to guide the hole drilling for the pulls. Each pull has 2 screws and there are six drawers, so I definitely didn’t want to measure all those holes out. I measured it out very carefully on a plywood scrap that would register inside the face frame on the drawer. Then I can just flip the template left to right for the two locations on each drawer.

Had to paint in the dining room since the garage was down to about 30 degrees. Late fall has certainly arrived in New Hampshire.

Not much left to say. It turned out pretty good in the end. Now we need a headboard…
