Floating shelves ....continued

Every piece of wood is waiting to tell a story. My job is to simply give the wood a voice. Every piece you see on this site was constructed in my small garage workshop in Winona, MN, mostly using recycled, repurposed (and occasionally gifted) wood. Many of the decorative items are now living a far-more fulfilling second or third life as a box or palm cross, after spending decades as a lowly cabinet or piece of flooring. It’s a beautiful thing to see a piece of wood finally live up to its potential. I hope to do the same, myself, someday.
