January 12 was my 9th anniversary at Lumberjocks. I need to pay more attention so I don’t keep missing it.
The best part of being an LJ member is the counsel of the talented woodworkers who are willing to share.
I have friends I have never met in person, and have seen the passing of some wonderful woodworkers. I feel blessed to have found this site and all the members.

It’s only post like yours that get me to calculate how long I have been a Lumberjock. This remains my go-to woodworking forum. A place to come for advice/assistance, to see the work of talented woodworkers and to share your own work. Congrats on nine years!

JB, I’m ten years on the 26th. It is a great place. Thanks for sticking around.

Congrats JB. Maybe there should be a feature of the s/w to remind us of certain key dates? I too like the friendlyness of LJ. I check once or twice a day.
