oddball build

Here’s some pics of my process through the oddball build blanks cut to 5.625 angle (took 32 pcs) glued up and smoothed down on joiner. using templates to mark curves. glue ups. when it came time to glue the quarters, then halves I used hot melt glue to attach clamping blocks. When dry the blocks are fairly easy to remove. plywood sides glued on and halves temporarily attached. Ready to start fun task of sanding. Made a perfectly symmetrical template to mark top lid. cut into sections. dug out the mass for trays with a forstner bit. Template for top trays in quarter panels. T...
