Shooting Rest #2: The Structure

Well here is the Main body with most of the supports… I started by cutting 4 10 inch 2X4s and laminated them to make a pair. Those pieces will become the two main supports of the gun rest. I then Cut 4 More lengths of 2X4 to 18 in and glued two on each side in a stacking pattern to make up the side supports…Still all I have used only 112 inches of 2X4 and titebond II. In this picture you see the place where the gun will actually rest.Not 100% sure on the dimensions but i will gladly get them if someone where to need them. Its is still only made of roughly 120 inches of 2X4 and titebond II and I used a jig saw for this step at this point. In ...
