Hi folks,
It’s been a while but here are some pics of the work I have been doing on the unit.
I am trying to do as much as possible by hand and while it is taking a long time I am learning heaps along the way.

Another thing I learnt the hard way; splines should have gone the other way around otherwise the timber may split! Fingers crossed it holds up ok.
