I didn’t mention the soundbox is Banksia and the top is Ash. I definitely wont be using Banksia for this again, lovely timber but really brittle and unstable.

Once the skin is on it should hold everything together though. I hope!

Good start. Is banksia like a pine tree? with the pods it has??
