Part 5: 2014 Wrap up, Thank you, and 2015 goals

2014 was a good year for woodworking and for YouTube. I was able to complete several projects (I haven’t posted everything on Lumberjocks) and was able to grow my subscriber count to over 800 on YouTube. We purchased a scroll saw for my wife after she expressed an interest in learning how to use one and making some things that we can possibly sell for some extra cash. One of my big goals in 2015 is to finish my shop organization by adding the rest of the french cleats that I want ...

Part 6: New Rikon 70-100 Mini Lathe

I recently did a little belated spring cleaning in the shop. My wife helped me pull out everything and sweep and rearrange. The main reason we did all this is because I recently bought a new lathe and needed to put it somewhere. My father-in-law had an old bench in his basement which I took and cut down to size so that the lathe would be at the proper height. The lathe is a Rikon 70-100 Mini Lathe.
