I’ve been building my own plunge router base from scratch for my bosch colt palm router, Ive finished all the machining of the mechanical and metal parts, and now I’m starting the woodworking part of this project, I’m making the main handles and the tightening knobs from maple solid wood.

This video I’m making from scratch the main grab handles, and shaping to final contours and attaching to the base.
