My name Is Rob. I am a 15 year Navy man stationed in Dallas, TX. I got into woodworking about 9 years ago actually by accident. I wanted to make my son a toy chest and thought it would be cool to make it myself. I instantly fell in love. In my opinion there is no better feeling in life than that sense of accomplishment when creating something. I joined this site not only for informational purposes, but to hopefully help others, like myself, who are new to this craft that don't have someone on hand to learn from.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

That is too cool! If I had the space, it may be a race to see who gets there first….ready, set, GO….
