« Part 2: The shop will be mostly set up and good to go a week from today. Part 3 of REHAB UPDATE: SETTING UP SHOP series Part 4: now I'm working with power »

I won’t be wiring the shop up for a few more weeks. I just found out my friend is going for his 53 foot truck license and his test is in three weeks. He was still up for wiring this weekend but I insisted we wait till he’s finished his test and to focus on getting as much practice time as he could before the test. I found a good lathe for a price I coud afford finally I picked it last night. It a 36” delta double duty that came with a disc sander attachment, a few turning chisels, couple of calipers and some other bits. Cost me 150 and he threw in about 20 bar clamps or 50 bucks!!!! Won’t be buying any more tools for a while as I have everything I need now. It’s a good thing that I didn’t up trying to wire the shop this weekend as it’s a total mess and I need to organize it and figure where everything will and work most effectively and safely.
