Location: Granbury, TX

Just retired, built a shop and am setting it up. I like Shopsmith tools but have and use other brands. Have been wood working for 35 years, but just getting to more serious things. Hope to learn turning next, having only done simple things in the past.

I am also a train nut, especially the Frisco Railroad.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. When I was a kid I made a set of bookends by cutting an old model railroad engine in half and making it look like it was going into and out of a tunnel. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Have fun and work safe in the shop.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
