Thanks all, for the welcoming comments. I have been a woodworker for many years and love the beauty of trees and all that come from them.
I am starting to get interested in bamboo. I am sure you have seen the bamboo cutting boards out there. I have some bamboo growing on my place and am amazed at how fast it grows.
I will be posting photos of stuff I’ve built over the years. I am contemplating building another boat, but I have a hundred projects half finished and don’t need a half finished boat taking up space.
Good to be here amongst fellow woodworkers.
Thanks
Sawmilling is one of my passions and will be glad to share my experiences and what I know of turning logs into lumber.

Welcome to LJ’s, this is a great site. Cool blog and some great projects. I tend to lean more towards the rustic side. I’ll be looking for more of your work.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless

Thanks ND2ELK, Karson, TreeBones, Mark and Grumpy for the welcoming comments. I am addicted to this site, check it more than a couple of times a day. Of course now I got more than a hundred new things I want to make after seeing them on here.
Check back, finally got DSL out to my place so I will be adding more photos.
Regards,
-- Fred, Georgia
