Shop Projects #2: Box joint jig done!

I can strike one project off of the utility project list. I made a version of the Lynn Sabin boxjoint jig to be used on the router table. I made it first out of mdf but got a bit disappointed with the splitting when putting screws in it. So I redid it with 1/2” plywood.

Works fine, got very tight joints on the first try. Will post picture later.

-- As if I needed another hobby!

Congrats, enjoy the box joint jig. I too celebrated after making one 7 years ago, and the box is still going strong. Very handy joint for certain purposes.
