« Part 1: Build our new pastry board (kneading board - dough board) Part 2 of Woodworking Project series no next part

My daughter says:
“Pà allargami il letto” (Dadenlarge my bed)
Can a father not respond to a daughter’s request? Of course not.
By removing his old bed I recovered the old side panels that were fine for length and I reused them for the new one.
For € 30 ($ 34) I purchased two 140×60 cm 3 cm thick boards, I sanded, painted and mounted.
I purchased a slatted frame for € 70 ($ 80).
this is the final result.
