My wife & I are in CT for the week babysitting our granddaughter, Parker, as her day care is closed for the week. While we are here, I have been cruising the local Craigslist and today I scored big! First I got a Craftsman 12” tilting blade band saw that looks very interesting and is in perfect condition. Then I scored an Align-A-Rip fence to replace the crappy one on my Craftsman table saw. (Great saws, but awful fences!). That just abut completes my major shop purchases.
Previous Craigslist finds (in NH): Craftsman table saw, Skill miter saw, Ridgid 13” planer, Shop vac, and lots of hand tools.
New purchases: Tractor supply floor standing drill press, Harbor Freight lathe (14×18”), Grizzly router table with HF router (2 HP), and HF ‘European’ workbench.

Welcome to LJs! Having two shops on almost 2 continents must be cool. I wonder if you get exotic wood down there?

You didn’t mention the prices, but if you’re happy, then they are a score. Congrats!
