Great customer service.
I purchased one of their machines at a local auction. I figured I needed some type of software as I purchased just the machine. Gave them a call on a Saturday(purchased it the night before) and had a good conversation about the machine and what I needed. The next day I received a email with every thing I needed to get it up and running program wise I didn’t expect to receive anything on a Sunday. Great company, great customer service and even more so considering umm not the original own...
