Location: Anderson, In.

Hello everyone!! Thank you for the warm welcome. My name is Isaac Mitchell. I reside in Anderson, In. I have a bautuful wife, April, of 14 years, and four great kids Blake, Madison, Megan, and Emma. I began my woodworking endevers at the age of 19. I bought a scroll saw and a benchtop tablesaw....I was hooked!!! Over the years I have slowly honed my skills, while still trying to improve them everyday. I have always drawn inspiration from Norm, Steve, and fact I cant believe they are ending the New Yankee Workshop, what am I going to do with my saturday mornings now???? I also love American Woodworker, Popular Woodworking, and Fine Woodworking magazines. I was a machinist for 11 years, setting up and operating multi-spindle screw machines. I then began working in an architechural millwork shop. I have recently started my own business, Mitchell Fine Furniture, deciding to tread the waters. Finding that niche market for upper end furniture looks to be as much of a challenge as most pieces I build.
I look forward to making new friends and learning new skills from all of you on Lumberjocks!!!

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Isaac had I seen your page before the lowboy, I would not have asked if you had made the legs. You have some very fine work displayed here.
