Model Railroad woodworking #1: Flat car and Reefer

So for those on the swap you already know but for those who don’t and are reading this, my first passion is model railroading. Wood working takes a very very close second. The beautiful thing is wood working plays heavily into my modeling. I model in two scales: G scale (garden railroad 1:24ish scale) which runs on an outdoor layout in my side yard, and On30 which is 1:48 (Lionel size) on HO track to mimic narrow gauge operation, which WILL run indoors. I say “will” because I have not laid any track or benchwork yet but have started some of the cars and buildings.
