Location: St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada
Website:
My name is Chris, I studied Wood Manufacturing/ Cabinetmaking at Holland College in Prince Edward Island and graduated in 2010. Currently I am employed as a cabinetmaker/ kitchen installer at a local cabinet shop (the projects posted here are ones that I have made myself in my own shop, not at work). Woodworking has been a hobby of mine for quite some time and it has turned into a career. I started off in a little community called Lawn, it’s near St. Lawrence on the Burin Peninsula in Newfoundland, Canada. There I went around with my uncle, a “jack of all trades” helping him with odd-jobs. I have been doing this for as long as I can remember, I continue to do it to this day on weekends and when I get some time off work. It was only in the last ten years or so that I really got into finish woodworking. This is by far what I enjoy the most.

Thanks for hello, Chris.
You know what they say about Newfoundlanders: we are everywhere.
Gonna be in Sin City on the weekend. Gonna stay away from George street and try to be good. Wish me luck!
Great tameetcha.
Matt
