    Yes trying to comment on every one of every buddies beaut wooden creations is sometimes difficult, I sure appreciate all that do for me as it's great encouragement to go on challenging one's self to do more.
    LJ's has been very kind to me.

    I am looking for all the guys that make cars and trucks so I can get some ideas. You appear to have been at it a while. I like your designs. Look forward to seeing more.

    Hey Crowie, Just read one of your posts about the cold of your open under house workshop. As that forum is not conducive for such bragger, how about a few pickies of it here in the dedicated "workshop bucket" so that we can admire your Spartan lifestyle?

    If you have some at WAWF then please point me 2 em…

    Enjoyed your comments on my D8. One of the first models I made was a 1/16 scale 325 CAT excavator that I designed. It was made as a present for a mans retirement, per his son. I made it out of Walnut, Cherry and sycamore. The son had mentioned painting itCAT yellow, however I showed him the natural wood and he was happy with it that way. I will post it some day. Later

    Thanks for the comments, and let me say welcome aboard, and may you days all have fair winds and following seas, I also am from the Navy, retired from USN in 1979, was in the air side but last tour was working close with black shoes:)

    See the drop-down box underneath my Lumberjocks in the upper right hand corner. Click on the arrow and select which type of posting you want to make (Project, Blog entry, Forum topic). This will take you to the appropriate page and you just fill in the form.
    Sending Private messages(PMs) to other members
    Click on the word" home" next to the profile picture of the member you want to contact ,then click on "send message"
